Note to Vince: It's Panic Time (Commentary)

So John Cena is out. From the looks of it, he's out for a looong time...possibly up to a year. It doesn't really matter how you feel about him...love him, hate him, either way he's gone.

Cena was arguably the WWE's biggest draw. Will the returns of Triple H, The Undertaker, Rey Mysterio, and Edge cushion the blow a bit? Almost certainly. Still, the WWE is in a tough spot.

Their #1 Superstar just went down for the count, they are in the midst of a full-blown steroid investigation AND their 'biggest' rival...TNA...is about to expand their "Impact" broadcast to two hours.

For poor Vince, Jericho can't come back fast enough.

TNA is doing reasonably well. Their ratings are growing, some cool new stars are arriving, and the writing seems to be improving.

Ok, so the arrival of "Pacman" was ridiculous. Not only does the guy not belong in a wrestling ring, he's not even ALLOWED to wrestle...although that will change soon if Jeff Jarrett has his way. Otherwise, so long "Pacman".

Aside from that, TNA has Sting, Kurt Angle, Team 3D, and some other up-and-coming stars. Has there been a cooler debut than the one Judas Mesias made a few weeks ago? He picked a bad time to get hurt as well.

Better kick it up a notch, Vince. Ok, ok, put the needle down. That's not what I meant.
