Damaging New Nick Hogan Evidence

My Fox Tampa Bay has an article online stating that a new tape has surfaced showing Nick Hogan and another car revving their engines at traffic lights. This may be seen as proof that Nick Hogan was racing (one of the major factors in the case). This goes against what Bollea's attorneys said yesterday that they had a tape proving he wasn't racing.

The whole tape lasts only seconds, leaving a lot of open questions. Still, prosecutors will argue the video shows the two cars gunning their engines, preparing to race. Defense attorneys will say the visibly wet pavement caused the tragic accident, not Bollea's recklessness.
