WWE SmackDown! Results - November 2, 2007

Mick Foley is in his first Smackdown Match in almost 8 years and you do not mess with JBL!

We kick the show off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Batista who successfully defended his title against Undertaker at Cyber Sunday. He talks about his rough childhood and all the matches he has had in WWE, but he finally did something he thought he may never do, beat the Undertaker. He says their rivalry isn't over since the series is tied at 1-1-2. They are going to be tag team partners tonight and Batista will have Undertaker back. Batista wants to know if Undertaker has his back. The arena goes dark and Undertaker is in the ring when they come back on. Undertaker says he has Batista's back because he still has the one thing he wants. Batista asks Taker if he wants a rematch and Batista says he gets one. Undertaker replies, "HELL IN A CELL!", as we go to commercial.

In the back, Jamie Noble runs into Vicky Guerrero and Noble tells her to stop stalking her and he hasn't done anything to her. Vicky actually got him a gift though, the Rey Mysterio DVD. He rejects it but Vicky says he may want them since he has to face him tonight. Noble is happy that he is finally out of the land of the giants. He takes the DVD of Rey and tells her that he has some DVDs for her to watch later. Haha! Jaime Noble has become my second reason to watch SmackDown other than the Hardy/MVP feud.

Match #1: Domino w/Cherry and Deuce vs. Festus w/Jesse

The ring bell sounds and Festus whips Domino around. Back body drop by Festus and then a running shoulder block. Deuce distracts Festus and Domino jumps Festus. Domino nails some kicks and some knees to the face but Festus comes back with some chops. Domino gets back on track with a snapmare and a front face lock.Festus picks him up to get out of the move and slams him around the ring. Jesse jumps Deuce for trying to interfere and Festus nails a Reverse Press Slam for the win!

Winner: Festus via pin fall @ 2:55

Match #2: Jamie Noble vs. Rey Mysterio

Before the match, Finlay comes out to watch the match and next week Finlay will take on Mysterio. They exchange face and wrist locks with Noble getting the final wrist lock. Noble gets a two count but Rey counters with a sunset flip for two. Noble comes back with a running knee to the gut. Rey comes back again with a running head scissors. Drop toe hold and Rey goes for the 619 but Noble goes out of the ring. Rey chases him and gets him back in the ring. Noble jumps Rey as he was getting back in the ring. Noble hangs Rey over the ropes with a press slam twisting neckbreaker. Noble pounds away on Rey in the corner. Scoop slam by Noble followed by a few shots to the right arm of Rey. Noble drives the knee into Rey's arm. Modified northern lights suplex for two by Noble. Noble works on the arm but Rey gets a cross body for two. Noble jumps Rey and nails a slam on Rey. Shoulder lock by Noble. Rey fights back with a spinning arm bar which looked great. Noble slams Rey into the turnbuckle to break the hold. Noble misses a shoulder thrust at the turnbuckle and Rey nails a springboard crossbody. Rey goes for the spinning flipping face buster thing but Noble gets an arm bar. Rey fights out of it though and nails the seating senton. Rey off the ropes and Noble nails a scoop slam out of nowhere. Noble lifts Rey but Rey counters into a hurricanrana, 619, but misses the West Coast Pop. Noble goes for the Tiger Bomb but Rey counters into a modified West Coast Pop for the win!

Winner: Rey Mysterio via pin fall @ 9:10

After the match, Finlay tells Mysterio he is a quitter and a loser. Finlay also tells him that next week, he will still be a loser.

In the back, Matt Hardy is talking to someone but MVP interrupts. Hardy says he will cleared to wrestle next week. MVP wants Hardy back so they can defend the tag titles. MVP says he is better than Khali, Henry, Kane, and even Hardy. Hardy wishes him good luck but MVP doesn't know he has a match. He asks Hardy who and Kane's pyro goes off settling that question.

Match #3: Kane vs. WWE United States and WWE Tag Team Champion MVP

MVP gets the headlock but Kane fights out of it easily. Kane misses the right hand and MVP jumps all over Kane until Kane delivers a huge uppercut. Strike to the gut by Kane followed by a boot to the head. Kane locks in a leg scissors but MVP fights out and works on the ribs. Kane fights back with a big boot. Knee to the gut of MVP by Kane for two. Kane works on MVP in the corner. Kane goes to rush MVP but MVP gets a big kick to the ribs. MVP pounds away on the ribs of Kane and gets a two count. Leg scissors by MVP but Kane gets out. Suplex by Kane for two. Boot to the face of Kane followed by MVP charging head first into Kane's ribs. Big kicks by MVP but Kane nails a boot and an uppercut. MVP fights back with another shot at Kane's ribs. MVP jumps off the top rope with his knee nailing Kane's side. Leg scissors by MVP to work on the ribs. Kane reverses the pressure and gets a modified laying bear hug. MVP fights out with some big shots and he just hammers away on Kane. More shots to the ribs by MVP for a two count. Modified abdominal stretch by MVP but Kane gets out. Big upperbut by Kane but MVP nails the running big boot sending Kane to the outside and then he nails a baseball slide.

We're back with MVP controlling Kane but Kane battle out of a leg scissors. VP jumps Kane at the turnbuckle and nails a running knee to the gut of Kane. He misses the running big boot though and Kane fires back with uppercuts and clotheslines. Kane picks up MVP and slams him to the mat. Kane goes to the top and nails the flying clothesline. Big Daddy V makes his way to the ring but Kane isn't distracted and nails the chokeslam for the win.

Winner: Kane via pin fall

Match #4: Jonathan Coachman vs. Mick Foley: Hornswoggle as the Special Guest Referee

I think this is Foley's first match on Smackdown in almost eight years. Hornswoggle kneels behind Coach and Foley pushes him over. Foley pounds away on Coach in the corner. Hornswoggle takes some shots of his own. Foley runs Coach's face on the ropes and then Hornswoggle pokes Coach in the eyes. Clothesline by Foley and then an elbow drop. Hornswoggle nails an elbow of his own. Hornswoggle calls for Socko and Foley whips out a green Mr. Socko! Mandible Claw and then Hornswoggle nails the Tadpole Splash! Foley covers for the win!

Winner: Mick Foley via pin fall @ 3:15

Match #5: Chuck Palumbo w/Michelle McCool vs. Kenny Dykstra w/Victoria

They lock up and Chuck nails a headlock takedown. Clothesline by Chuck followed by a high elbow. Kenny fights back with a boot but Chuck comes back with a back body drop. Kenny rolls out of the ring and attacks Chuck as he comes out for him. Both men in the ring and Kenny works on the back of Chuck. Chuck fires back with several strikes. Kenny goes for a cross body and Chuck slams him down. Belly to belly by Chuck and nails a running boot. Chuck goes to the top but Victoria distracts him. Kenny jumps Chuck but Chuck pushes him off and nails a flying shoulder block and then the Full Throttle for the win!

Winner: Chuck Palumbo via pin fall @4:20

In the back, Khali and Henry yell at each other and then they calmly explain how they will work as a unit tonight.

Match #6: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Batista and Undertaker vs. Great Khali and Mark Henry

Taker and Henry start it off. Taker pounds away on Henry but can't connect on Old School. Henry gets met with a big boot though and Taker works on his shoulder. Taker nails Old School and then takes a shot at Khali. Taker takes Henry out of the ring as we go to commercial.

-Commercial-

Batista is dominating Henry now and gets a two count. Shoulder thrusts to Henry and tag to Taker. Heab but by Taker and then some strikes. Running knee splash by Taker for a two count. Henry shoves Taker into the corner though and tags in Khali. Khali dominates Taker with boots and clotheslines. Tag to Henry and Taker is able to come back after a DDT. Tag to Batista and he pounds away on Henry. Clothesline by Batista for two. Henry shoves Batista in the corner and tags Khali. Khali dominated Batista with boots and choke. Big boot by Khali and he gets a two. Khali works on Batista in the corner with elbows and kicks for a two count. Clothesline by Khali and he lock in the Khali Vice Grip. Batista gets out of the hold though and gets met with a chop by Khali who only gets a two count after the one foot pin. He locks in the Vice Grip again till Taker breaks it. Spear to Khali by Batista and both men tag out. Taker goes to work on Henry. Taker takes out Khali and delivers splashes to both men. He goes to chokeslam both men but can't. Batista comes in and nails a spine buster on Henry. JBL runs in and nails the Clothesline from Hell on both men! Henry locks in a bear hug on Batista and Khali locks in the Vice Grip on Taker as we go off the air.

Winners: Batista and Undertaker via DQ @ 14:20
